Return and Exchange Policy
General Conditions:
- Return Period: You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.
- Order Number: Please provide your order number or invoice.
- Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Return Process:

- Provide Information: Share your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.
- Confirm Pickup: Our customer service team will assist you and confirm the pickup location.
- Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Once the product is received and inspected, it will be either exchanged or refunded.
Refund Terms:
- Online Payment: Refunds will be credited to the same account or card used for the purchase.
- Cash on Delivery: The refund amount will be credited to your online balance for future use. Delivery and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Refund Fees: VAT will be refunded when the product is returned. Refunds to credit cards may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank's policy.
Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products:
Certain health-related items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

- Earplugs
- Glasses
- Sports bras
- Socks

Additional Information:
- Product Packaging: The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories and price tags.
- Shipping Costs: If the product is returned in a non-ideal condition or after use, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping is managed by our partnered shipping companies.
